- ACTIVITY 4: Read and draw. Como no tenemos las pegatinas puedes hacer dibujos: pollito saliendo del huevo, las dos patas de un pájaro, plumas, pájaro volando).

La aplicación invita a que los pequeños lean en voz alta y funciona mediante tecnología de reconocimiento del habla y de texto a voz, la cual permite al sistema analizar qué tal lo hace. El menor cuenta con el respaldo de Diya, una compañera de lectura, en la práctica una profe digital que le guía y felicita. Para animarle, leer bien palabras y frases lleva aparejado ganar estrellas, las cuales pueden acumularse para desbloquear premios.  

Sólo tenéis que descargarla en vuestro móvil o tablet. Al pinchar en cada palabra pueden escuchar cómo se pronuncia y repetirla. 

Hay un momento en el que para guardar las estrellas que van ganando pide hacerse una foto, no es necesario sacar una foto del niño, podéis enfocar cualquier objeto y sacar la foto para poder continuar.

Espero que os sirva de utilidad ya que me parece un recurso que les puede resultar bastante motivador para el tema de la lectura y les puede ayudar a progresar.

La propuesta para hoy es realizar actividades de comprensión y expresión oral en inglés:

- Juego "ANIMALS GUESSING GAME". Consiste en leer unas pistas sobre un animal y la otra persona tiene que averiguarlo. Si no tenéis impresora pueden hacer algunas fichas ellos mismos viendo el modelo. Si entre ellos hablan alguna vez por videoconferencia también pueden jugar y practicar su inglés. ¡Será divertido!

Learning Stations / Estaciones de aprendizaje: "Our World"

Learning stations are activities in which students rotate through various learning activities throughout a single class period.
Las estaciones de aprendizaje son actividades en las cuales los alumnos rotan en diferentes actividades durante un periodo de clase para repasa, reforzar y consolidar determinados contenidos trabajados a lo largo de una unidad.
We used 6 different stations to revise the unit "Our World":

• Find places in an atlas.
• Find places in a globe.
• Colour by number: Our World.
• Interactive activity: Find the continents and oceans.
• Puzzle: Map of the World.
• Colour the continents.

We revised the unit and we had lots of fun!
